Fulfillment Policies
All products on hosted on Treasury are digital. After purchase you will receive an email with a link to create or access your account on Treasury.
We aim to ensure that every member is satisfied with their experience. If you have any concerns about your membership, please review our refund policy below.
Refunds:
- Refunds are available to members who request them within 7 days from the date they were granted access to the Treasury-hosted product in question.
- For products that are offered in cohorts, we use the date you are granted full access to the product as the start of your refund window, not the date of your credit card transaction (so for example, if you purchase a membership that begins with a workshop in 5 days, you’ll have 7 days from the workshop to request a refund.)
- To request a refund, email email our support team at welcome@treasury.app within the 7-day window, expressing your desire to receive a refund.
Cancellations:
- Some products hosted on Treasury are subscriptions while others are one-time purchases. For subscriptions, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at anytime after the refund window elapses. When you do so, your subscription will be set to not auto-renew. You’ll retain access to Treasury until the end of the subscription period you’ve paid for.
